Bolt-in sheet-metal bracket kit to mount a VESA 100x100 32-inch LG monitor into the stock Namco Noir/Blanc monitor frame using the cabinet's existing 4 main bolts, screen centered behind the original glass/bezel, no drilling; five prototype sets, fit-test
Namco Noir and Blanc candy cabinets shipped with 32-inch LCDs (Wei-Ya/Sanwa) that are now aging out. Owners swap in modern 32-inch LG monitors such as the LG 32GP750-B or 32GN650-B, but there is no off-the-shelf mount: people improvise with foam and tape, wood boards, or 3D-printed adapters, and the one maker of metal brackets has gone quiet while owners are still asking to buy them.
Goal: design a bolt-in sheet-metal bracket kit that mounts a VESA 100x100 32-inch monitor into the stock Noir/Blanc monitor frame using the cabinet's existing 4 main bolts, with the screen centered behind the original glass/bezel and no drilling of the cabinet.
Deliverables:
1. Measured interface of the stock Noir/Blanc monitor frame (we can help source measurements from cabinet owners).
2. Bracket design with flat patterns (DXF/STEP) ready to order from SendCutSend: laser-cut and bent steel or aluminum, powder coat optional.
3. Notes for 2-3 common LG 32-inch models (VESA 100, varying depth/bezel), adjustable slots preferred.
4. Five prototype sets, fit-tested on at least one cabinet.
This will become a repeatable kit for the arcade community, so design for low-cost flat-pack production.
