At You3Dit, we’re committed to making digital design and manufacturing accessible, globally. "Design globally, make locally" we say—so when delivering locally isn't an option and we need to ship our parts to clients, we also need to follow the rules of shipping safely and legally.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet safety or packaging standards.
For orders outside the U.S., please note:

Please flag these during the order process so we can prepare appropriately.
This is a major touch point between our You3Dit clients and the designers and fabricators who transform their napkin sketches into solid objects. We all have opened a lackluster or damaged package and know the sentiment related to that experience. Poorly wrapped parts & products, missing pieces, improper documentation, etc. By nature of the You3Dit process, we inherently need to trust our fabrication partners and their ability to professionally package the parts they manufacture on behalf of our clients. Therefore, here are some guidelines to maximize our collective chance of success to drive repeat orders:
Package professionally:
We encourage the re-use of packaging whenever possible, that said, use a clean, un-branded box when shipping your parts.
You3Dit Permitted Inserts / Leaflets / Communications only
Please reach out to support@you3dit.com should you have any questions or concerns about how to package your parts.
