I’m reaching out with a new project related to nameplate holders that attach to the cashier booth. The current nameplate dimensions are 11.5″ L × 0.25″ W × 8.5″ H, and we would need holders that are longer so they can be properly mounted to the booth.

There is a metal rail at the top of the ticket machine where the nameplate is mounted.
The rail is fairly flimsy and does not support the weight of the nameplate well. It is currently secured with four screws, although the configuration varies slightly between cashier booths.
The main issue is the center section, where the thin metal tends to bend because it lacks proper support.
My thought is to use a clear, rigid plastic holder so the appearance of the cashier booth is not affected. It would also be helpful to include end caps on both sides to keep the nameplate from slipping out in windy conditions.
